This powerful feature of Aurelian lets you set up any task or service, chargeable item or service, any housekeeping service and any reminders for automatic inclusion on your Housekeeping List, Daily Task List, Morning Service List, Daily Service List and on Event Details.  The Event Details function is used to schedule meetings, conferences, functions or any event you hold at your property.

Set up and manage Rate Plans for any period, season or event and apply these to the Rate Calendar.  This is a powerful and really useful function in Aurelian to automatically apply correct pricing to your reservations.  Set up as many Rate Plans as you like and apply them as many times as you like to the Rate Calendar.  This workshop also includes tips on using the Event Calendar which is used to post reminders on the Rate Calendar and the Reservation Calendar about anything you like such as Easter, sports events, concerts, weddings or anything else you choose.

With Aurelian you can send emails to your guests quickly and efficiently from pre-formatted templates but if you prefer you can also get creative to edit, add, change or delete anything you like to personalize them any way you want.  You can also attach anything you like to any guest email which is especially useful if you need to attach vouchers or any other documents.

Manage all your properties from a single Aurelian app and switch between them from anywhere in Aurelian with a single click.   With this feature almost everything is unique for each property including reservation calendar, document templates, transactions and channel manager.  It also generates unique reports for each property and compares them side-by-side.  Some information is common for all properties for efficiency and customer service.  So, if a guest makes a reservation at one of your properties and they have previously stayed at another, they'll be automatically identified in the database. Guest history includes all stays for all properties.
