Group icons have been changed to new, more visible colours. This helps identify each group, especially when there are multiple groups booked for the same/similar dates.

New channel manager – GuestTraction
To utilize the new channel management features in Guest Traction we have created a direct interface for those customers wanting to use GuestTraction’s WebRooms.
This has the same interface features as our interfaces to STAAH and SiteMinder.

Many customers find Todays Tasks a useful tool. We’ve now enhanced this so you can view tasks for any selected day by popping up the calendar along the top of Todays Tasks and selecting a date. This can be for past and future dates making it useful to see whats coming up or checking on previous days tasks.

When reservations are being moved around, its useful to quickly view the room type the guest originally booked.
Now if you display the pop-up hint window in the reservation calendar, along with the usual details you’ll see the original room type that was booked.

A new report, Daily Performance can be found in Back Office > Property Analysis reports. This details per day:
ADR and RevPAR are based on room rates applied to reservations.
A chart of Average Daily Rate is also produced at the top of the first page.
This report replaces some contents from the previous Daily Income Summary which have been removed and placed in this new report to provide better accuracy.

We have an updated version of our Aurelian_Updater. This checks for updates to your app at regular intervals or whenever you select to install updates from the option in the top right corner of Aurelian (click on your user name at the top right).
The previous updater was automatically removed at some installations when components used by it were mistaken for malware. If you cannot have Aurelian updates installed then this means your updater has been removed. Please contact our support team to install the new Updater. (You’ll know if an update has successfully occurred as you’ll see our updates page appear on your screen).
Custom fields on a reservation could lose changes made to the contents if other fields were changed before the reservation was saved.
This has been corrected so custom field changes are retained.

If changes were made to guest names inside the Group Details window the new name would not be displayed when returning to the Reservation Calendar. The name was correctly changed on the reservation, but the Reservation Calendar would not immediately be updated.
This is now corrected and guest names immediately updated on the Reservation Calendar.

When reservations were added to an existing group, the -GRP suffix would be added to the group invoice number which could add an additional -GRP suffix.
This has been corrected to stop additional -GRP suffixes being added limiting this to one suffix.

When you copied and pasted a reservation that had been originally booked on-line, the booking website details would also be copied. Since this is being copied locally, then it shouldn’t be allocated to the online booking site.

If you opened a new reservation and then cancelled this before saving it, a blank block would remain on the Reservation Calendar. This was only temporary and would be removed when refreshing the reservation calendar. This has now been addressed.
