Our Support Service

Our Global Support Service operates 24 hours-a-day Monday to Friday (including all Public and Bank Holidays*) and for 16 hours-a-day at the weekend - online via our Callista Support Calling Card and via phone and email which means our support engineers can be virtually alongside you instantly any time whenever you need help or our services.

Support Service hours (NZDT) 

Continuously 24 hours from Monday 8:30am to Saturday 5pm
Saturday  10pm to Sunday 6am
Sunday    9am to 5pm
Sunday    10pm to Monday 6am

* The service is not operational on : Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
