reservation confirmation letters, allocation of multiple
accounts per guest room, multiple telephone extension tracking
per guest room, complete guest history, on/off peak calendar,
automatic call allocation and pricing, automatic allocation of
call margins and user-definable transaction allocation are all
available in an innovative, inexpensive, easy-to-use system.
A fully automated check in wizard makes check in fast and

Depending
on your PABX type, Callista®Hospitality also provides
additional functionality to protect your business from
fraudulent use of your guest telephones by incorporating PABX
bi-directional
interfaces (BDI) to allow locking and unlocking of
guest telephones on check in/check out. BDI
will also allow you to set wake up calls, update room status
from guest room telephones, automatically activate telephone
message waiting lights and activate Do Not Disturb indicators
from either your guest telephones or your PC. |

PLEASE
NOTE : Some BDI features may not be available on some PABX
types and models because of the limitations of the PABX which
may not support these features. Please check the BDI
features chart for the features available for your PABX.
Some
PABXs do not support bi-directional links at all. The
wake
up calls via modem feature is available for these PABXs.
