Using the Restore Calls Wizard

1.  When your calls file becomes corrupted a warning window will be displayed on your screen.  Click Next to start the call recovery process.

2.  The Wizard will automatically unzip an empty calls file called ZipCalls.zip into which your calls will be re-processed.  If the Wizard can’t find this file, click Browse in the File name field and select the location of this file.  By default this file is located in C:\Callista\Database. When you locate this file select it from the file list and click Next.

3.  In the Number of weeks field, select the number of weeks of calls you want to recover and restore and click Next.

4.  The Wizard will try to locate the calls files you want to restore.  By default these files are stored in C:\Callista\Log History.  When the files are located the automatic recovery process will start.

5.  If you have stored these files elsewhere a warning window will be displayed.  In the Directory field click Browse to locate these files.  When you have done this select the files and click Next to start the automatic recovery process.
