Callista Hospitality’s Special Dates option lets you highlight on your Reservation Pad any day or holiday or event you choose such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, Public and Bank Holidays or weddings, conferences and trade shows or an other event held at your property for easy and instant identification.
The system has two pre-defined Special Dates and these are the dates Daylight Saving/Summer Time starts and ends in your region. These special dates cannot be removed from your Reservation Pad. If you’re in a region which doesn’t observe Daylight Saving/Summer Time, these dates will not be highlighted as Special Dates on your Reservation Pad.
PLEASE NOTE : For your Daylight Saving/Summer Time start and end dates to be correct, you must ensure your PC is set to the correct time zone for your region.
