4. In the Name field, enter the name of the room type e.g. Penthouse, Executive Suite, Standard Double, Standard Twin, Studio or you can enter the room names which match your own requirements. All of the guest types you have established at the Guest Type option are displayed in a table in the Guest Type column. Each guest type and their corresponding room rates are allocated on this table to each room type. Click on the first guest type in the table to highlight it.
5. In the Room Rate field, enter the standard on peak and off peak rates for this room type and guest type. In the No of Guests column select the maximum number of guests this rate will apply to for this room type.
6. In the Extra adult fields enter the on peak and off peak room rate for every extra adult who will occupy the room for this guest type.
7. In the Extra child fields, enter the on peak and off peak room rate for every extra child who will occupy the room for this guest type.
8. Repeat steps 5-8 until you have completed the table for each guest type for this room. You can then set up the rates for other room types and guest types.
9. Click the on and off peak checkboxes to display the on and off peak rates for each room type and each guest type.
