Setting up guest types

1.  Click Hospitality.

2.  Click Guest Type.

3.  Click Add from the toolbar

4.  In the Name field, enter the name of the guest type e.g. Corporate, VIP, Standard, Casual, Trade or this title can be any name you choose to match the requirements of your property.

5.  In the Pricing margins field, select from the drop down list,  the surcharge type which will be added to all the calls made by guests of this type.

6.  Click Save.

7.  Repeat steps 4-6 until your guest type list is complete and surcharge types have been allocated to each guest type.
