At this option you amalgamate the information you have already established in the system to :

•      set up room numbers or room names

•      identify each room type and set the rates for each room already set up at the Room Type option

•      group rooms by department for reporting

•      allocate extensions to rooms

•      customise the screen to enter extra options for each room to match the requirements of your property
