Removing & replacing dialling prefixes

1.  Double click the Call Processor icon in the tooltray at the bottom of your screen.

2.  Click Configuration.

3.  In the Prefix field enter the carrier dialling prefix you want to strip from the call record for this call type.

4.  In the Replace field enter the number you want to insert into the call record to make it an identifiable call to the Call Processor.  National and mobile calls must begin with zero.  International calls must begin with 00.

5.  Click Save.

6.  Click Yes.

7.  Repeat these steps for each call type making sure that the correct digits are replaced for call identification.
