Callista gives you the ability to add margins onto calls made by your guests so that you make a profit from their use of your telephone system and facilities. You can add a percentage and/or dollar value surcharge to the calculated price of all call types including free calls.
Callista will let you set up and maintain multiple pricing margins so that different pricing margins can be added to calls for different guest types.
Pricing margins can also be set at different levels. You can set up default pricing margins at Configuration and these margins will apply to all calls for all guest types. You can override these margins at check in depending on the type of guest being checked in.
You can set as many pricing margin types as you like. Margins will be applied to calls after the standard charge has been applied or if you are using the Price Modification feature to enter your own customised carrier pricing plan, after the modified price has been applied.
