Callista is shipped with a number of standard templates for :
• Reservation confirmation letters
• Reservation Confirmation Letters
Some of these templates are standard Word documents and you can edit them any way you choose to customize them to match your own operating requirements. Other templates are system templates. Some have limited options for customization while others cannot be edited at all. You can choose when you set the default settings for your output forms which options you prefer so that always have complete control over your documents (see Selecting default settings for output forms)
