Other features of the Call Processor . . .

The Call Processor is a powerful application which works silently in the background continuously logging and processing data from your PABX.  It’s crucial that the logging PC on which the Call Processor is operational meets the minimum system requirements at all times to ensure accurate and continuous data collection and processing.  You must also ensure that the logging PC is never switched off (unless you have call buffering capability installed either in your PABX or as an external device connected to your PABX and logging PC) because calls will be lost if this happens.
