This feature of Callista will let you establish in your system the periods in which you want to charge peak and off peak rates. When you check in guests, the system can then apply the correct accommodation charges for the room, guest and period. On and off peak periods can be a specific day, selected days, a specific month or selected months or any period you choose. For example if your property is in an area which is popular for Winter sports and activities, you can allocate your on peak period to cover this season. If you decide during this period to make all weekends off peak days, the system will also allow you to do this.
All days in the system are automatically on peak by default until you select your off peak days and/or periods. All off peak days and periods are highlighted in the system for easy identification.
