Use the Call Monitor to make sure all calls are being processed and allocated correctly. If the Call Processor cannot price a call an error message will be displayed in the Call Pricing Status field. The Call Monitor also displays :
• The standard base cost of each call in the Normal Price field
• The modified price of each call in the Modified Price field if you are using the systems Price Modification features to customise your pricing
• The final price of the call in the Price field. The final price will include any margins you add to your calls if you use the system’s Pricing Margin features. Tax is NOT included in the final price of the calls.
