The system’s integrated Guest Wizard is a useful utility designed to allow access to guest information from Checkin/Checkout so that guest data can be added and modified efficiently along with any guest preferences. It also includes a guest history. In Guest Wizard you can set up companies and their corresponding contacts as guests and you can also set up private guests. Private guests can be converted in to company contacts and vice versa very easily and quickly.
Via its powerful Search feature you can locate any guest quickly.
Certain areas of the Guest Wizard can be customized to match your operating and information requirements and you must do this before you use the Guest Wizard.
