Generating extensions automatically

This option lets you generate extensions simultaneously.  You will still have to manually allocate extensions to rooms at the Rooms option once they have been generated.

1.  Click Hospitality.

2.  Click Extensions.

3.  Click Generate Extns.

4.  In the Starting Extn field enter the extension number at the beginning of the range of extensions you want to generate.

5.  In the Last Extn field enter the extension number at the end of the range of extension you want to generate.

6.  If you want to generate extensions automatically for your departments select the range of extensions for each department.

7.  Click OK.
