Your 16-digit Licence Keycode has been specifically generated for exclusive use at your site and you will not be able to access your system until you enter the correct code and company name. If you have a valid Callista Cover contract, the Licence Keycode also gives you access to the secure areas of our website www.callista.net for automatic downloads of system upgrades and pricing tables updates, PABX drivers and system user guides whenever they are available and whenever you choose.
The first time you use Callista you will have to enter your system’s Licence Keycode before you can use the system. The keycode licensing window will be automatically displayed for you to enter this code.
3. Click the Licence Information tab.
6. Enter your company name. This name is case sensitive and must be entered exactly the way it is given to you. This name will be displayed on all reports produced by your system and you can’t alter this name. If your company name is incorrect, please contact our Help Desk support@callista.net and they will re-issue your code with the correct company name.
