Guests can be deleted from your database at any time providing they do not have a reservation, they are not currently checked in and they do not have any historical reservations.
3. From the toolbar click Guest.
4. Check the All Guests checkbox to sort your guest database by private guest.
5. To locate a guest rapidly in the guest list, type the first few letters of the last name in the Search field.
6. Once you have located the guest, click Delete from the toolbar to delete the guest.
