Deleting extensions

Extensions can be deleted at any time provided calls are not allocated to them.  If you want to delete an extension with allocated calls use the Restoring Calls option to clear the calls file.  You can then delete the extension.  You must reprocess your calls so that the calls are restored to your calls file.

1.  Click Hospitality.

2.  Click Extensions.

3.  From the Extension list, select the extension you want to delete.

4.  Click Delete.

5.  Click OK.
