Customising the Rooms window

1.  Click Hospitality.

2.  Click Rooms.

3.  Click Setup.

4.  Six fields are available for you to label in whatever way you choose.  The field labels you enter here are system-wide but the options can be selected as required for each room depending on the facilities available in each room.  The labels can be anything you choose e.g. sea view, poolside, spa bath, digital TV, wheelchair access, non-smoking, internet access.

5.  When you have entered your field labels, click Save.
