Before you can print/fax/e-mail reservation confirmation letters from Callista using the standard system template, you must set up the standard form letter for this purpose. You can enter whatever text you choose in the header and footer of this form letter and Callista will automatically generate the reservation information between the free-form text you create in the header and footer. You don’t need to include the name of your property or any of your address details because Callista will automatically generate this information for you when it’s printed/faxed/e-mailed.
If you want to include the Room number or name in this document make sure you have checked this option when you set up your default settings for output documents.
3. Click the Fax Header tab. Type the information you want to enter in the top of the form letter. This can be a greeting or thanks for making the reservation. Information about your property will be entered automatically on confirmation letters by Callista when the letters are printer/faxed/e-mailed.
4. Click the Footer tab. Type the information you want to enter at the bottom of the form letter. This can be directions to your property or information about penalties for cancellation or any text you choose.
5. Reservation information is entered automatically between the header and footer information when the confirmation letter is generated.
