The Callista Call Processor must run continuously so that all calls are simultaneously logged and processed from your PABX. If the Call Processor is de-activated or disconnected from your PABX for any reason, calls will not be logged and processed unless your PABX can buffer (store) calls or unless you have a call accounting buffer box connected to your PABX and logging PC to collect the calls while the Call Processor is de-activated. The only way the Call processor can be closed is to right click the Call Processor icon in the tooltray at the bottom of your screen and click Exit.
