4. On the Company/Contact Phone Numbers tab label the fields displayed in any way you choose to incorporate telephone information about the company and their employees (contacts) who will use your facility into the Guest Wizard. These labels can include company and contact main telephone numbers and DDIs, fax numbers, mobile numbers, home telephone numbers and fax numbers, after hours fax and telephone numbers and freephone numbers. Use this tab only for guest companies and their employees (contacts).
5. On the Contact Detail Captions tab label the fields displayed to incorporate guest preferences such as usual breakfast, newspaper, payment type, preferred room, licence plate.
PLEASE NOTE : We do not recommend that you change the following pre-configured fields because in doing so you will affect the data gathered from them for specific reports :
• Area. Information from this field is used by the Statistics NZ Survey Report and the Geographic Area Summary Report.
• Advertising. Information from this field is used by the Advertising Summary Report.
• Booking Agent. Information from this field is used by the Accommodation by Booking Agent Report.
• Usual Breakfast and Newspaper. Information from these fields is used by the Morning Room List.
