Before you can use Callista Hospitality you must enter your unique Licence Keycode to gain access to the system. You must also establish how you want the system to collect, process and allocate calls. At the Supervisor option you can:
• Enter and display all the licensing details for your copy of Callista including your unique Licence Keycode.
• Set up your company information including your logo and tax rate for notes and invoicing..
• Display call processing parameters already established in the Call Processor.
• Activate PIN numbers if you use this feature of Callista.
• Set call timing methods, system-wide pricing margins and retain call history parameters.
• Display information about memory usage and the location of the Callista database.
