Checking guest history

You can use the Guest Wizard to easily check the reservation history of any guest.  The Guest History records display information about :

•      arrival and departure dates

•      the number of guests who occupied the room on each stay

•      the room number

•      the room type

•      the rate charged for each stay

•      the total amount charged for each stay

•      any balances owing

1.  Click Guests.

2.  Click Checkin/Checkout

3.  From the toolbar click Guest.

4.  Check the All Guests checkbox to sort your guest database by private guest.

5.  To locate a guest rapidly in the guest list, type the first few letters of the last name in the Search field.

6.  Once you have located the correct guest, click Next through the wizard to the Guest History window.
