Changing private guests to company contacts

Sometimes you will want to move guests you have set up as private guests into a company record in your Guest database.  This is a simply cut and paste function.

1.  Click Guests.

2.  Click Checkin/Checkout

3.  From the toolbar click Guest.

4.  Check the Private Guests checkbox to sort your guest database by private guest.

5.  Highlight the guest you want to change into a company contact and right click this entry.

6.  Click Cut.

7.  Check the Companies checkbox to sort the Guest database by company.  Highlight the company you want to move the private to and right click this entry.

8.  Click Paste.  The private guest will now be added to this company as a company contact and will be removed from the private guest list.
