Changing company contacts into private guests

You will need to use this function when company contacts leave their company and want to use your facility as a private guest.

1.  Click Guests.

2.  Click Checkin/Checkout

3.  From the toolbar click Guest.

4.  Check the All Guests checkbox to sort your guest database by all guests (company and private guests).

5.  Highlight the guest you want to change into a private guest and right click this entry.

6.  Click Cut.

7.  Check the Private Guests checkbox to sort the Guest database by private guests.  Right click.

8.  Click Paste.  The company contactt will now be moved to your guest database as a private guest and will be removed from the company.
