The Call Processor is the core of all Callista systems and is a separate application from the software itself. It must run continuously for call data to be collected and processed from your PABX.
You must make sure that no other application on your logging PC conflicts with the Call Processor. If you are logging calls via a serial connection in conjunction with an internet connection or EFTPOS on this PC you must ensure that call logging is allocated one serial (COM) port and the internet connection or EFTPOS another or collection of call data from your PABX will be seriously interrupted, your internet service may be interrupted or EFTPOS may not operate correctly.
