Because Callista Hospitality can only function correctly and collect data from your PABX when it’s connected to your PABX, it’s crucial that the cables transmitting the call data from your PABX to Callista are correctly wired and are connected to the correct ports on your logging PC and PABX . It’s also crucial that the ports on your PC which receive the data transmitted by your PABX are operational at all times to collect all call data.
