The Callista Call Processor automatically removes calls from your system at the beginning of every week up to the number of days you have selected to retain calls when you configured your system. Automatic housekeeping helps prevent the hard drive on your logging PC becoming full with your old call records which you may no longer need. You can also manually delete old calls if you need to free disk space or if you don’t want to keep old data.
